Webgenerator & Hosting

We provide you with access to software, which allows you to create your own website. Furthermore, we will host your website for the duration of your trial/contract. Simply sign up to a free trial and you can test the full extend of our offer. What you see is what you get! No webdesign experience required. The trial is absolutely free and you do not need to cancel. Only once you decide to purchase the product (separate step) you will be charged.

The product is easy to use and straight forward. What you get is a website and access to edit the layout and content of your website. You can upload your own company logo and other files directly via website. What you do NOT get is software which needs to be downloaded and installed, an FTP account which requires additional software (FTP client) to upload files, email accounts and other bells and whistles.

When signing up, you instantly get your own website. You will be provided with a domain name as follows: www.weareonline.com.au/yourname/
You will also be found under www.we-are-online.com.au/yourname/ and www.arvox.com.au/yourname/ (it works with and without www).

• Select from a large variety of Themes and Layouts with a simple click. We already provide more than 150 different Theme/Layout combinations and are continuously extending our database
• Upload your own logo
• We collect your content with easy to use forms. Minimal data is required to get started, but the more company information you enter, the better your web presence gets. It makes it easy, because you wont forget anything important such as full contact details, opening hours (but only if applicable), business and product/service descriptions etc.
• Upload pictures which will enhance your product/service description page
• Advanced, but still simple to use; you get access to our advanced edit mode. It gives you almost unlimited control of your website. Among other things, it allows you to add objects, such as additional texts/pictures, move them into any position you like and change their appearance.

Your hosting allows for a maximum of 20 MB storage and 1 GB of traffic per month. This will be plenty for any small or medium sized company. Contact Arvox if you have different requirements or if you are uncertain.

Additional Services

In order to complete our offer we provide the following optional services. However, we also provide you with the knowledge to do it yourself. As most steps are simple, you should consider taking a few extra minutes to familiarise yourself with the options before purchasing.

• All-Set-Up (optional)
  Our Webgenerator was designed with simplicity in mind and no particular webdesign experience is required. We provide you with an illustrated introduction to get you started and you can submit questions, which we will answer (normal response time less than 24 hours). However…
  For a small additional charge, we will set-up the website for you. All you have to do is providing the contents. It doesn’t get any easier.
  The set-up which we provide is for a basic website. We customise the website for you by adding your company logo, business and product description. We also allow you to provide images (usually two pictures), which we will resize and upload for you. In addition we will make sure your meta text is defined and your website is registered with main search engines (see FAQ for more info on search engines).
  Please note, Arvox will not be able to visit companies outside the Brisbane/Gold Coast area. Our service is provided via telephone and email.
  
• Domain Name Registration (optional)
  If you want your company to be found under a particular domain name e.g. www.yourname.com.au, you can register it with several different companies. Use internet search for bottom price e.g. http://australianwebsites.com/.
  If you choose this optional service, Arvox will check out the availability of your requested domain name for you and register the name on your behalf with a third party company.
